Carl is the Founder of Invest CBT and lead BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. He is also an experienced trainer and clinical supervisor, and has also undertaken further specialist training in EMDR, Supervision, CBT for Long Term Conditions and Compassion Focussed CBT.
Carl has many years’ experience in the treatment of a wide range of psychological difficulties using CBT and has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, secure facilities and within the NHS.
He has over two decades clinical experience in the primary and secondary care psychological health sector including team leadership, performance improvement and driving healthcare innovation.
In 2016 Carl was commended for clinical expertise and experience by the Concern Group.

Mehreen is the Clinical Director at Invest CBT and an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. She has over ten years experience of working within the NHS, having also lectured at UCL and Surrey University to trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.
Mehreen is an experienced and competent clinical supervisor and has completed IAPT Supervisor Training, she has also completed further specialist training in Long Term Conditions.
